These terms apply to the internal work-scheduling text messaging program described in our Text Messaging Policy.
This program is available only to current employees of The Wooden Spoon (Gentry, AR). Participation is voluntary and is not a condition of employment — declining to receive text messages does not affect your job, and you can always view and act on schedule requests directly inside The Wooden Spoon Team App.
Message frequency varies with scheduling activity — typically a handful of messages per week. Messages relate only to work scheduling: for example, a shift becoming available for pickup, or a request needing a manager’s approval.
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. The Wooden Spoon does not charge for these messages, but your carrier might.
Opting out doesn’t remove you from the schedule — it only stops these text notifications. You’ll still see and manage your shifts inside The Wooden Spoon Team App.
Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to participating employees. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
